1) Overview

The TechyPad Marketplace ("Marketplace") allows users to discover and download plugins, profiles, automation packs, and other assets ("Content"). By accessing or using the Marketplace, you agree to these Terms.

2) Accounts

You may need an account to rate and download Content. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3) Content & licenses

Creators may publish Content. Ownership and licensing can vary per item. Unless otherwise stated, Content is provided "as is". Do not redistribute, resell, or republish Content unless the license permits it.

4) Acceptable use

Do not upload or distribute malware, spyware, credential stealers, harmful code, or content that infringes others' rights. Do not attempt to bypass security, abuse the rating system, or interfere with Marketplace operations.

5) Safety & "virus-free" disclaimer

We may perform checks and review Content, but we do not guarantee that all downloads are free from defects, vulnerabilities, or malicious code. Always scan files with reputable security tools and use Content at your own risk.

6) Ratings & reviews

Ratings are intended to be honest and helpful. Abuse, spam, or manipulation may lead to removal of ratings and restrictions.

7) Availability & changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Marketplace at any time. Content may be removed if it violates policies or for other operational reasons.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechyPad is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the Marketplace or Content.
